I bought this Tamagotchi for my niece who is 1 half of a set of twins. I got her brother one also. They are 9 and she caught on faster than he did. The screen was REALLY hard to see, which made it complicated to know which icon was which. It was a bit of an issue setting up and my neice was bummed she couldn’t enter its name (I read over instructions several times so I don’t think I overlooked, but maybe). Their birthday was back in March and to my knowledge the device is still working.
